- What do I receive?
- One .xlsx workbook with an instructions sheet, a master shipment details sheet, a 20-line goods table, six connected documents, a validation checks sheet and a completed fictional example.
- Is this customs advice?
- No. The toolkit is a document preparation aid. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your documents and for meeting the requirements of carriers, banks and customs authorities.
- Which spreadsheet programs does it work in?
- The workbook has been tested successfully in Microsoft Excel and in LibreOffice. It uses only standard spreadsheet formulas. It has not been tested in other spreadsheet applications, such as Google Sheets or Apple Numbers.
- How do I get the file?
- After payment you are taken to a private download page. Bookmark it: the link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. There is no account needed.
- Can I get a refund?
- This is a digital download. If the file does not open or work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
- How is this different from the free templates?
