ShipmentChecker is built for solo exporters and small trade teams that need a fast document check without an enterprise procurement process or a large compliance suite. It is a pre-shipment document consistency check designed to help you catch differences before the documents move further through the shipment process. It does not replace professional review, classify HS codes, validate letters of credit or provide customs, carrier, bank or regulatory approval.
Security & privacy
ShipmentChecker is designed for commercial shipping documents, so privacy and access control are built into the workflow.
Your documents are stored in private storage, not on public links. Each file sits in your own account area, so other ShipmentChecker customers can’t open your documents or results.
You need to sign in to upload documents, see results or download reports. Checks and reports are tied to your account only.
Emailed documents are only accepted from the address registered to your account, and the sending email must pass standard email sender checks. Anything else is declined without running a check.
Document content is processed automatically to run the check you asked for. It is not used to sell or market anything to third parties.
