Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Try before you pay

Every new account includes a free allowance of 3 completed document checks and 1 professional report download, so you can test ShipmentChecker with your own documents before subscribing.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your ShipmentChecker account settings, under "Your subscription". Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan. No notice period applies.

Refunds

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases of ShipmentChecker subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through Paddle.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Refund eligibility and processing are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Submitting a request within this period does not automatically entitle you to a refund; each request is assessed under those policies.

You can submit a refund request via paddle.net or by emailing support@shipmentchecker.com, quoting the email address on your account and the invoice reference from your receipt.

Export Document Toolkit (digital download)

The Export Document Toolkit is a one-time digital download, also sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. If the file does not open or work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, as merchant of record, to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Paddle is also your point of contact for the status of a refund request and issues your invoice.
